i realize i'm more productive when i study outside

too much distraction at hm. tv, food, internet, storybook = EVIL.

outside all i get are rude servers who chase us away n blasting music over e PA

hmmm. dat sounds kinda wrong. LOL.

anyway i went out w e intention of studyin alone but i got lonely so i dialled 1800-XXXX-XXXX to make friends with those jap looking girls in e ad. called kai n joined her + zhiwei at coffee beans


dis is zhiwei.

zhiwei is very cuteeeee.

she believes that she is a hamster called Hammi. she's buggin everyone to adopt her bcos kai(e supposedly rightful owner) has been dying to disown her. so far response has been poor.

zhiwei is very cuteeeee.

she dances by the streetside, to retro Hokkien songs that rickshaw uncles like to blast on their speakers. e tourists were very entertained. kai, who was (mistaken to be) with her, was more than determined to find Hammi a new owner.

she likes to call up frens in a fake indian accent and pretend to be confirming delivery frm a prata shop. she's so good at it her frens have developed serious doubts in any indians who call them.

So far 2 frens have hung up on 2 indian ladies. One frm NKF and one frm the bank.

later in e evening i met up w ling for dinner. was initially plannin to get Xiao Long Bao dumpling at Outram, but we were lazy to travel so settled for Pizza Walker instead.

sorry Chris u missed it again BAWAHAHAHA.

Urgh. Juz came back frm Pizza Hut. Yar, pizza for 2 consecutive days :P

anyway they revamped e branch at JP. seems like they had their mind set on an image overhaul.

e place definitely feels more expensive. drastic change in service attitude too.

last time it's non-existent. now they're a tad too KEEN.

i dunno wat kinda drill/prep talk/brainwash they gave to e same bunch of barely-out-of-secondary-sch-students-on-holiday servers. now they're all smiles n full of enthusiasm to serve. last time all i get is a scowl n minimal attention.

e waiter, actually asked me how i find e soup o.O

gee. i dunno man. it's. canned soup. i dun tink. anyone. can feel. strongly. about. canned soup.


i told him it's better than wad they used to serve.

i is politically correct. hur hur.

and they're freaking polite now. gosh. i'm so used to bad service that better service is making me uncomfortable now.

u know, it's e feeling dat they're being so nice bcos they have sth sneaky up their sleeves.

maybe i'm juz paranoid.

but my super supreme still came with onions althou i requested to do without.

Gee. Somethings nv change huh?


(but e Malay waitress was so apologetic n sweet n sincere. in e mid of developing a severe case of goose-pimples i forgave them n accepted e onion-loaded pizza)


still. nth beats capriciosa (wrong spelling i dun care:P) at Pizza Walker :D
