wow dat's a new record for me, considerin my minor net-addict-syndrome(NAS), die die muz spend 2h gettin a radiation shower frm e comp screen everyday

if not,

wld suffer frm withdrawal symptoms like:

-mood swings
-uncontrollable muscle contraction (now we noes where PJ's twitch twitch twitch came frm lol)
-junk fd binge

hoho so it's really not my fault dat i'm gettin increasingly grouchy n short tempered, it's e evil forces of PMS n NAS!!!

sianz same old story customer came back requesting a refund cos apparently i gave her e wrong info (abt e product)

haiz it feels like shit, placing sony in a bad light (dishonest salespersonnel!) n puttin my superiors in a difficult spot (if e customer decides to file a complaint, dat's IT loh)

den i realized e whole system is a paradox

part timers r prone to mistakes since we did not receive proper training

and mistake could be fatal in e sense it snowballs into sth monstrous

so we're afraid of serving

but if we juz hang around n stone we'd get sacked
