i'm becoming a very irresponsible young adult.

i called in the morn to tell them i'm taking a day off

contemplated if i shd fabricate some lame stories to explain my incompetency

sick is a convenient excuse. drop hints abt 'cramps' 'it's e time of e month' and u'd be rewarded w understanding nods + sympathetic pats on e back :D

but i'm an honest girl (albeit an irreponsible one)

and i doubt my male supervisor wld be interested in knowing details of my cycle.

so i told him why i need a day off:

'Cos I need to practise piano.'
